If you ever feel that you are in a bind from all the holiday festivities and need to detox, check out this juice cocktail recipe I ask my patients to make and take.

As a warning, this is tough to swallow but one 3-5 oz shot can make a world of difference and help reduce inflammation and improve detoxification!

Ingredients:

Carrot 3-5 small/medium

Dalandan/ calamansi 2 table spoons of juice

Beet 1 cup

Tomato 1 cup

Mustard greens 1 cup

Turnip 1 cup

Daikon radish 1 cup

Watercress 1 cup/ bunch

In a juicer, place and juice all ingredients.

Consume upon making; to take up to 2-8 ounces daily.
