The elimination diet is a structured food plan designed to support a person to stop eating the most common inflammatory foods for 21 days. During this time frame, the body is nourished with whole, fresh, real, live and seasonal food that supports optimal body function.
The program is specifically designed to remove the most common food triggers for a minimum of 21 days. After 21 days food items are reintroduced one category at a time allowing the person to experience their personal reaction to the food providing key insights into what their body is able to digest.
It is important that when undergoing the Elimination diet, the individual follows the program completely without fail. The clients who fail during the 21 days must re-start the program at day 1.
We like to compare this program to having your car’s oil change. You can’t change the oil and filter unless you drain out all the previously dirty oil. By undergoing the Elimination diet, toxins are removed and the filters of the body that screen for harmful substances are strengthened enabling better function.
